General Policies 

Ozark Creative Cottage is a non-smoking home. We love pets! But we can’t accommodate them at  the cottage. Ozark Creative Cottage is not liable for any loss, damages or claims for any reason for any  events outside our control. Such as loss of power, utilities, cable or internet issues, weather related  issues or personal injury, etc. 

Occupancy - If you reserve a room that accommodates three guests, you will be charged the rate of  three guests regardless of the number of guests actually staying in that room. If you occupy or other wise utilize a room in which you did not previously reserve, your credit card on file will be charged an  extra cleaning fee of $100. 

Upon check out - Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please clean out the refrigerator and toss all left over items in the kitchen trash and then take the kitchen trash to the main trash  can outside. Please make sure all lights are turn off. Please make sure the Cricut is turned off in the  main craft room. If you used the iron, please turn off and unplug. Please set the thermostat to 76 in  summer and 65 in the winter. Please make sure the front door is shut tight and locked.

Property of the Cottage - We do not charge a security deposit and trust you will take care of our new  home. We hope you will treat it with respect, everything is new and provided to enhance your stay.  If by chance something is missing or broken upon your check out, your group host will be contacted to have them send out an email who is responsible. They can either return the item or be charged the current value.

Damages - Normal wear and tear is expected, however, any excessive damage to the Cottage, its con tents, the property, or anything on the property will be repaired by a contractor of our choice and the  repair bill will be sent to you and must be paid within 30 days of receipt. 

Age Minimum - Guests must be 18 years of age or older, unless specific permission is granted by the owners of the Cottage. 

Candles - No candle burning or open flames of any sort in the house.

Access to Premises - We reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable times, including but not  limited to: Address an emergency or make necessary repairs. Remove an unauthorized guest or animal from the property.

Eviction - We reserve the right to evict guests for any reason, including but not limited to:

If a guest overstays beyond the dates and times specified in the reservation contract

If a guest allows a person onto the premises that is not part of the original reservation

If the party has exceeded the maximum number of guests as defined in the reservation or exceeds the occupancy limit

If a guest has made serious, intentional damage to the property

If a guest smokes inside the property 

If a guest has an unauthorized tenant or animal on the property 

If a guest appears to be under the influence of drugs, displaying disorderly behavior or otherwise creates risk of harm to employees, other guests, or neighbors 

If a guest has violated the law 

In the event that an eviction notice is issued, you must vacate immediately.
